One of my favorite high school teachers imparted this bit of wisdom to me: Find what you love in life, and then find a way to get paid doing it.
I love to write; one of my fond memories of seventh grade was a short story assignment in English class that I enjoyed writing. I went to Hofstra University where managed to double major in Creative Writing and German. For one of my semesters I studied in Munich Germany. Now I’m back in Boston where I am working in the editorial department of a financial news website. (In other words I’ve taken the first step to fulfilling the advice of my high school teacher!)
In this blog, you won’t find the answer to Life (42) nor will you find the winners of the next world series (not the Yankees, I hope) but you will find comments on articles (from Boston Globe or New York Times) as well as writings and general musings. This is pretty much a whatever suits my fancy blog for the time being.
